🔹 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as trimmers or mini straighteners) can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

🔹 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at simplicitebytasmia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping details.

  4. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your exchange or refund (as per your choice).

🔹 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

🔹 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
