Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as trimmers or mini straighteners) can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your exchange or refund (as per your choice).

It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
🔹 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
